White Nougat entirely handmade
Made from IGP Provence lavender honey harvested on the slopes of Mont Ventoux, and almonds from Provence, our smooth, puffed, very tender white nougat is handmade in our cauldrons in Sault en Provence.
The recipe has remained unchanged since it was first made in 1887.
